The City is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from design and architectural firms.

Overall, the chosen firm will work with city elected officials, residents, and city staff in providing visual renderings of quality-of-life items and potential development.
Specifically, the city is seeking assistance in visually demonstrating our proposed ‘HERITAGE CENTER,’ that is identified in the city’s Comprehensive Plan document.

Content of all submissions shall be based on individual architectural firms’ discretion. The city requests eight (8) hard copies and 1 electronic flash drive.

RFQ’s shall be submitted to the City Secretary, Ms. Shelly Green (citysecretary@mclendon-chisholm.com) no later than Friday, September 15, 2023 @ 4:00 p.m.
