LAND USE APPLICATIONS

All applications, associated fees, plans, exhibits, and supporting documentation requested by City staff must be submitted at least 21 days prior to the Planning and Zoning or Board of Adjustment meeting to be included on the agenda.

Consult with the City Planner to determine if an alternative submission date may be permitted. Alternative dates apply only to final plats not associated with pending development cases.
