LEAGUE ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT SCHEDULED

The League Road Improvement Project is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 6, 2026, with an anticipated completion date of November 20, 2026.

The project will reconstruct League Road from the Edwards Road intersection to near Via Toscana Lane, covering approximately 0.37 miles (~1,950 linear feet). The scope of work includes full pavement replacement, drainage upgrades with reinforced concrete pipe, and the installation of new concrete paving to provide a more durable and longer-lasting roadway surface. Final grading, striping, and erosion control will complete the project.

To ensure the safety of workers and motorists, League Road will be closed to through traffic beginning July 6, 2026, and detour routes will be clearly marked along Edwards Road and adjacent streets.

The City appreciates the community’s patience as these critical improvements are made. Once completed, the newly paved concrete roadway will enhance safety, improve drainage, and extend the road’s service life for years to come.
