Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of McLendon-Chisholm will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at McLendon-Chisholm City Hall, 1371 West FM 550, McLendon-Chisholm, Texas 75032. At such time and place, the Board will consider the application of Mike Baker, requesting a variance to the side set back requirement in order to be able to build a garage on the property. The property location is described as Lot 34, Block D, Kensington Park, Phase 2, Property ID #90182, specifically located at 804 Abington Way.
