Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of McLendon-Chisholm will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at McLendon-Chisholm City Hall, 1371 West FM 550, McLendon-Chisholm, Texas 75032. At such time and place, the Board will consider the application of Perry Bowen, requesting a variance to the 500 square footage restriction for additional buildings on a residential property, and a variance to allow the house and guest house to be built at the same time. The property location is described as Miravista Addition, Lot 14, Property ID #89038, specifically located at 1533 Vista Court.
