Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of McLendon-Chisholm will meet and hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 23, 2022, at McLendon-Chisholm City Hall, 1371 W. FM 550, McLendon-Chisholm, TX 75032. In addition, the City Council will meet and hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. At such times and place, the Commission and City Council will consider the application of Peloton Land Solution requesting a change in zoning from General Business and SF 2.5 zoning districts to a Planned Development district for General Business uses, restaurants, and Food Trucks and Food Trailers. The property location is at the northeast corner of the intersection of SH 205 and FM 550. The property contains 8.36 acres of land including Rockwall CAD ID #108612, 11384, and 11442.  Zoning of the subject property will amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of McLendon-Chisholm. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings
