Public Hearing Notice – Zoning Change Savannah Hill Lane
Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of McLendon-Chisholm will meet and hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 23, 2022, at McLendon-Chisholm City Hall, 1371 W. FM 550, McLendon-Chisholm, TX 75032. Further, the City Council of the City of McLendon-Chisholm will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at McLendon-Chisholm City Hall, McLendon-Chisholm, TX 75032. At such times and place, the Commission and Council will consider the application of Bill Thomas requesting a change in zoning from Agriculture zoning district [requires two and one-half acres of land for each dwelling] to the SF 1.5 zoning district [requires one and one-half acres of land for each dwelling]. The property location is all of Rockwall CAD Property ID # 10849 containing 24.61 acres of land located at the east end of Savannah Hill Lane. Zoning of the subject property will amend the official Zoning Map of the City of McLendon-Chisholm. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
