We would like to accept proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide a feasibility study of a Rescue/EMS Service and facility for the City of McLendon-Chisholm. The purpose of the study is to review current fire station locations, facilities, and deployment of equipment and to provide long-term recommendations for Fire/Rescue/EMS services station facilities and infrastructure taking into consideration future planned city growth.
The packet will include a statement of work, as well as, additional data to further assist you in your recommendations for viable options that we can start today and potentially grow.
The adhoc committee will be reviewing all proposals submitted. At the moment our budget is for $5,000 that includes compensation for third party consultant(s), supplies and/or other items needed to present a presentation at a townhall meeting.
