RFP: ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2026-01-05
The City of McLendon-Chisholm, Texas, is accepting proposals from qualified contractors for a road improvement project consisting of asphalt road reclamation with cement stabilization and a 3-inch asphalt overlay on the following roadways:
- Connie Lane – approximately 4,300 LF
- Smith Road – approximately 2,400 LF
- League Road – approximately 6,890 LF
Proposals must be submitted electronically and received no later than 3:00 p.m. on January 5, 2025.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in the best interest of the City.
