RFP – Remodel of the Old Fire Station (2025-06-10)

The City of McLendon-Chisholm is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the remodel of the old Fire Station at 10685 FM 548 into the new City Annex. The project includes interior and exterior renovations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, concrete work, septic installation, fencing, and related site improvements.

The remodeled facility will serve as a functional municipal annex to support city operations and provide services to the community. A walkthrough of the facility is available upon request.
