Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of McLendon-Chisholm will meet and hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at McLendon-Chisholm City Hall, 1371 W. FM 550, McLendon-Chisholm, TX 75032. At such time and place, the Board will consider the application of Misti Nicholson, requesting approval of a variances to the required: building size; masonry screening wall; landscaping; and, parking for an existing structure.
