PUBLIC HEARING: PROPOSED PARKLAND DEDICATION MASTER PLAN ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of McLendon-Chisholm, Texas, will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed amendment to Chapter 10 of the City’s Code of Ordinances by adopting ARTICLE 10.05 – PARKLAND DEDICATION MASTER PLAN, including associated parkland dedication and park development requirements for residential and non-residential development within the City.
A public hearing will be held by and before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of McLendon-Chisholm, Texas, on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at McLendon-Chisholm City Hall, located at 1371 West FM 550, McLendon-Chisholm, Texas 75032.
Subsequently, the City Council of the City of McLendon-Chisholm, Texas, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at McLendon-Chisholm City Hall, located at 1371 West FM 550, McLendon-Chisholm, Texas 75032.
All interested persons are invited to appear and be heard.
