PUBLIC NOTICE: ZONING CHANGE 148.25 ACRES PD TRIPLE CREEK

Notice of a public hearing to be held by the McLendon-Chisholm Planning and Zoning Commission on July 18, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. at McLendon-Chisholm City Hall located at 1371 West FM 550, McLendon-Chisholm, Texas 75032. And a public hearing to be held by the McLendon-Chisholm City Council on July 25, 2023 at 6:30 P.M. at the McLendon-Chisholm City Hall located at 1371 W. FM 550, McLendon-Chisholm, Texas 75032.  The public hearings will be held to receive public comment regarding a request by Oak National Development, LLC. to change the existing planned development district on approximately 148.25 acres of land from the current zoning district classification of Planned Development District [Triple Creek] to a new Planned Development District [Legacy  Park] containing 335 single-family residential lots and a city park.  The Rockwall Central Appraisal District Property identification numbers are: 11447 and 11438.
