PUBLIC NOTICE: ZONING REQUEST PD RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION 99.4 ACRES

The City of McLendon-Chisholm Planning and Zoning Commission  will hold a public hearing on July 18, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. and the City Council will hold a public hearing on July 25, 2023 at 6:30 P.M. Following the public hearings, the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council will consider an application requesting a planned development district for the development of a residential subdivision containing a 99.44 acre tract of land [Rockwall CAD PID#10767] and 83 single-family residential lots with a minimum lot size of one-acre of land.  The public hearings will be held at McLendon-Chisholm City Hall, 1371 West FM 550, McLendon-Chisholm, Texas 75032.
