The City of McLendon-Chisholm is conducting a surplus items auction for the following items:
- Four (4) Off White Office Chairs (A) – Minimum Bid – $10
- Four (4) Off White Office Chairs (B) – Minimum Bid – $10
- 12 Foot Used Artificial Christmas Tree – Minimum Bid – $10
- Miscellaneous Christmas Decorations – Minimum Bid – $5

All bids must include bidders name, address, email address, phone number, Item to be bid on and amount of bid. (eg. John Smith, 2345 Joe Street, MC, TX, john@smith.com, 555.432.1234, #1 Four Chairs, Bid amount $20.) Please include in your bid the minimum bid (if any).
Bids will be updated on a daily basis by 9:00 a.m. and sent to all current bidders via email. The winning bidder will be determined by the highest bid on the date that the bids are due @ 4:00 p.m. (date and time will be determined through the email time/date stamp)
Bid payment may be made by check or credit card (5% convenience fee for credit card usage).
All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
- BID OPENING: Monday, October 9, 2023
- BID CLOSING: Monday, October 16, 2023 @ 4:00 p.m.
- BIDS AWARDED: Monday, October 16, 2023 – between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The winning bidder will be notified and must pick up bid winnings by 5:00 p.m. the day after notification.
