Notice of Public Hearings before the McLendon-Chisholm Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of McLendon-Chisholm will meet and hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at the McLendon-Chisholm City Hall, 1371 W. FM 550, McLendon-Chisholm, TX 75032. Further, the City Council of the City of McLendon-Chisholm will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at the McLendon-Chisholm City Hall, 1371 W. FM 550, McLendon-Chisholm, TX 75032. At such times and place, the Commission and Council will consider the application of Oak National Development, LLC regarding a request to change the existing zoning district on approximately 148.25 acres of land from the current zoning district classification of Planned Development District to a new Planned Development District [Legacy Park Estates] containing 335 single-family residential lots and a city park. The Rockwall Central Appraisal District Property identification numbers are: 11447 and 11438.
