CWD Service Update

Community Waste Disposal (CWD) – Service Update

Community Waste Disposal (CWD), who provide the City’s trash collection services, have experienced a surge of positive COVID cases amongst their staff members. This is impacting every department.

As a result, there will most likely be delays in multiple areas of CWD’s operations, including the response time of their Customer Service Department to the collection of the materials at the curb.

COVID cases have also impacted their Dispatch Department and and residential truck drivers.

Your patience and understanding during these difficult times is appreciated. CWD will keep City Staff updated on service delays. Ultimately, all material will be picked up at the curb.

For more information visit the CWD website.
