FM 550, McLendon-Chisholm, TX 75032. In addition, the City Council will meet and hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. At such times and place, the Commission and City Council will consider the application of Steven Smith on behalf of Watson Way Estates requesting a change in zoning from “SF 2.5” Single Family 2.5 to “PD” Planned Development District for the development of a 10 single-family residential subdivision with minimum one and one-half acre lots on 27 acres of land currently zoned 2.5 which requires a minimum lot size of two and one-half acres of land.
